Solo Mode is suitable for users who prefer to independently plan their workout schedules. Users can choose their favorite fitness activities or training intensities, such as running, weightlifting, yoga, aerobic exercises, etc., to make their fitness training more enjoyable and effective.
In Solo Mode, users wear the MOJU smartwatch to participate in fitness activities. The MOJU platform synchronizes the exercise data from the smartwatch and rewards users based on different types of exercise data.
Wearing the Smartwatch: Users wear the MOJU smartwatch and establish a Bluetooth connection with the MOJU application. This ensures precise recording of exercise data.
Selecting Exercise Activities: Users can choose one or more preferred exercise activities from the various options available on the MOJU smartwatch, such as running, cycling, yoga, etc., to participate in fitness activities.
Setting Goals: Before starting the exercise, users set their own fitness goals, such as running distance, calorie expenditure, etc.
Starting the Exercise: Once the user selects the exercise activity and begins the workout, the smartwatch will real-time record exercise data, including duration, distance, heart rate, etc.
Real-Time Feedback: During the exercise, users can receive real-time feedback on exercise data through the smartwatch screen or application, helping them stay within their target range.
Completing the Exercise: After completing the exercise, the smartwatch will automatically upload the exercise data to the MOJU application.
Earning Rewards: The MOJU platform will calculate corresponding rewards based on the user's exercise data. These rewards are stored in the user's wallet in the form of tokens.
Challenging Yourself: Users can continuously set higher exercise goals based on their progress, challenging their own limits.
Recording and Sharing: Users can view their exercise history in the application and choose to share it on social media, enjoying the fun of a healthy lifestyle with friends.
Through Solo Mode, users have the flexibility to independently plan their workout schedules, participate in healthy activities anytime and anywhere, and earn substantial rewards in the form of tokens, motivating them to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Basic:
The "Regular Watch NFT" will be used to represent the user's tag. The amount of exercise for basic exercise is the calorie consumption of around 8,000 steps of walking per day for most people (about 180 calories). When the user's daily total exercise amount is reached, the user will stop earning tokens, that is, the token reward has reached the daily limit. Whenever the user's exercise amount reaches 180 calories, the user will receive a corresponding amount of token rewards in proportion (according to the total token release plan of the user's token pool). The specific consumption/limit mechanism can be viewed in the NFT attribute system column. This energy consumption mechanism can prevent users from over-training, help users maintain positive fitness habits, and encourage users to stick to their daily fitness plan.
Specialized:
the "Fitness Watch NFT" (for fitness equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, fitness training, running, swimming, badminton, basketball, etc.) will be used to represent the user's tag. According to the amount of specialized exercise, L1 sports expert, L2 sports expert, and L3 sports expert calorie consumption (about 1000 calories) will be determined. Whenever the user's exercise amount reaches different levels, the user will receive a corresponding amount of token reward in proportion (according to the total token release plan of the user's token pool). The specific consumption/limit mechanism can beviewed in the NFT attribute system column. This energy consumption mechanism can prevent users from over-training, help users maintain positive fitness habits, and encourage users to stick to their daily fitness plan.
